1 Jul 2004 Reviewer: A readerI don't want to go into another case study, but this kind of review helped me decide that this was the book that I would buy. I have to take the trouble to endorse this product. No tricks, no hardship, just simple, well presented truths that enabled me to get free from the drinking lifestyle that pervades all of our lives. I read a chapter per day and on the 7th day forgot to go to the pub for a drink - unheard of! There is still half a bottle of my favourite red wine in the kitchen 10 days after finising the book, I'll probably pour it away because I can no longer think of a good use for it.
The book price has already been saved many times over. I have already recommended it to my friends.
