I have been a hard drinker for many years, I tried AA, Hypnosis.... You name it I tried it, Then I read this book and I couldn't believe it !!! This book is a real eye-opener, it's informative, amazing and a very entertaining read to boot !!! I have now been off the booze for months, feeling great and I feel really fortunate that I stumbled across this gem.
